These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of https://gujjugoods.com and any related content, features, products, customer accounts, checkout, and services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by TriMaster Inc. under the Gujju Goods brand. Throughout these Terms, "Gujju Goods," "we," "us," and "our" refer to TriMaster Inc.

By accessing the Services or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms displayed during checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services or purchase products.

You may not use the Services or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless prohibited by law.

Notify us promptly at hello@gujjugoods.com if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, quantities, images, colors, packaging, availability, and prices accurately. Product appearance and packaging may vary slightly from images because of manufacturing, display settings, or lawful product updates.

Always review the physical product label before use. Do not use a product if its seal is damaged or missing, the product appears tampered with, or the physical label conflicts materially with the product ordered. Contact us for assistance.

We may modify or discontinue a product, limit quantities, or refuse a transaction when reasonably necessary. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Dietary Supplements and Health Information

Products and information offered through the Services are not intended to provide medical advice or replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products sold through the Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual experiences and results may vary.

You agree to read and follow all directions, ingredient disclosures, allergen information, storage instructions, and warnings on the physical product label. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, have allergies, or have a medical condition.

If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical assistance. Gujju Goods does not guarantee any particular health, wellness, fitness, digestive, hydration, weight-management, or nutritional result.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions, or inability to deliver to the supplied address.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Prices, Billing, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

We may correct pricing or product-information errors and may cancel an affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fulfillment and carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, high demand, incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed delivery may be charged to the customer as described in our policies.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Because the products are consumable, general returns and exchanges are not accepted. Qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost orders may be eligible for a replacement or refund when reported within the stated deadlines and supported by requested documentation.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or used after expiration. We may cancel or modify a promotion where permitted by law, including in response to fraud, abuse, or technical errors.

Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights.

You grant TriMaster Inc. a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, unrelated, or otherwise violates these Terms. We are not obligated to publish any submission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of the Services.
Introduce malware, malicious code, or automated tools that impose an unreasonable burden on the Services.
Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted.
Impersonate another person or provide false information.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Submit false claims, reviews, chargebacks, or refund requests.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including the Gujju Goods name, logos, product names, packaging, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and website design, are owned by or licensed to TriMaster Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No right or license is granted except the limited right to access and use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party trademarks, ingredient names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other technology services. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. A link or integration does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided on an "as available" basis. Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded and any express commitments in our published policies, TriMaster Inc. disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that a product will produce a particular result.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriMaster Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriMaster Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or address a violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and TriMaster Inc. regarding the Services and supersede prior communications concerning the same subject matter.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, or law. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
